Since Tanesha is a veteran she was able to explain the process of the VA home loan procedures to assist me better and explain everything step by step, and it was very easy. It was a pleasure working with Mrs. Royal in the process of buying our first home. Everything was new for us and we weren't sure of the process, terms and overall requirements to become a home owner. Mrs. Royal walked us through it from beginning to end. She was there every step of the way. She helped us with information on how to improve our credit score, researched properties that we were interested in, overlooked every contract to ensure there were no hidden terms and even gifted us after sealing the deal to our first home. Mrs. Royal treated us as if we were royalty. Making sure that we didn't settle and worked with only the best in every aspect of purchasing our home. Her whole team was nothing short of amazing. This is my second time buying a house. I didn't have a good experience with the last realtor. However, Tanesha was on top of it. She responded promptly by call, text or email. She made this experience for me and my husband smooth. My house was on the market for 3 days and we got our asking price. I would refer her to anyone! She is the best!

Mrs. Royal put me in touch with someone to help me get my credit in order to begin the home buying process. I was very pleased with the diverse homes that were presented to me. Mrs. Royal was knowledgeable during negotiations, inspection, and securing the property for me, even when another offer was on the table.
As we moved back to Louisiana in retirement last summer, Tanesha made the home purchase part of the process as easy as it could be. She answered online queries about potential homes quickly and informatively, and set up and accompanied us on the home tour.
