My journey in real estate began while I was still serving in the United States Air Force. As my military career progressed, so did my passion for real estate and the opportunity to help people make important decisions about their future.

Whether I'm helping someone find a home, guiding an investor through an opportunity, or helping a business owner navigate a commercial transaction, I understand that real estate decisions are about more than property. They're about people's goals, their future, and what comes next.

That purpose continues to drive me. Through RoyalT Realtor Group LLC, I bring a personal approach to residential and commercial real estate, built on experience, honest communication, and a commitment to helping my clients move forward with confidence.

What Sets RoyalT Apart

Real estate is personal. For me, it is also about service, trust, and helping people navigate important life changes.

My experience in the United States Air Force shaped the way I approach real estate: with preparation, communication, and a commitment to the people I serve.

I understand that a move is not always something you choose. Military orders, job transfers, family changes, and new opportunities can put you on a timeline that leaves little room for uncertainty.

Whether you are buying your next home, selling your current property, or relocating to another state, RoyalT Realtor Group is here to help you navigate the process with confidence.

With real estate services in Texas, Louisiana, and Georgia, along with a network of real estate professionals across the country, we help make your next move easier to manage.

For sellers

Selling on somebody else's timetable.

A posting date is not a negotiating position, and a house that has to be gone by June is a different listing from one that can wait. We price it against what has genuinely closed near you, get the survey, the roof age and the disclosure ready before a buyer asks, and work backwards from the date you actually have to be out. If the numbers say rent it out instead of selling it at that price, you will hear that too.

For buyers

Somebody who has read a VA appraisal before.

Entitlement, the Certificate of Eligibility, the funding fee and who can be asked to pay it, what the VA appraiser will and will not pass, and what the seller's agent needs to be told so your offer is not quietly set aside for a conventional one. None of that is difficult once somebody has done it, and all of it is where a first VA purchase goes wrong.

How buying works
Frequently asked

The questions that come first.

Where do you actually work?

Three metros: Houston, New Orleans and Atlanta, plus the towns around each of them. RoyalT holds licenses in Texas, Louisiana and Georgia, so a move between any two of those states can be handled from one end to the other rather than handed off at the state line.

Do I have to be a veteran to work with you?

No. RoyalT is veteran-owned and a lot of the work is with military families, but the firm works with buyers, sellers and investors of every kind. The veteran side means the VA loan is well understood here — not that it is all that happens here.

What is the Homes for Heroes credit?

Through the Homes for Heroes program, buyers and sellers who are veterans, active military, first responders or teachers may qualify for up to $3,000 as a closing credit or a check after closing, and sellers for credits toward their next move. Restrictions apply and it is void where prohibited — ask, and you will get a straight answer about whether it applies to you before you count on it.

How much can I borrow on a VA loan?

It depends on your entitlement rather than on a single national cap, and if you have used a VA loan before you may have less of it available than you think — which is exactly the thing worth checking before you start looking, not after you have made an offer. A lender confirms the figure; getting you to that conversation early is part of the job.

¿Habla español?

Sí. Tanesha works in English and Spanish, which matters most in Houston and Atlanta, where a lot of the relocation work is. Call or write in either one.

Can you manage a house I am not ready to sell?

Yes. Full property management is one of the firm's services, and it is a real option for a family posted out of a house they would rather keep — or for one that would sell badly this month and well next spring.

How do I find out what my home is worth?

Ask for a valuation. Louisiana and Texas are non-disclosure states, so the online estimates are working from incomplete records; this is built from what has genuinely closed near you. Nothing is attached to it.

In Tanesha's words

I left the United States Air Force and went looking for work that would mean as much as the service had. This is it. Most of the people I have helped buy a home were moving because somebody told them to — orders, a transfer, a posting that came through in March for a June start — and a move on somebody else's timetable is a different job from a move you chose. It needs an agent who knows what a Certificate of Eligibility is, who has read a VA appraisal before, and who is licensed in the state you are leaving as well as the one you are going to. That is the practice I built.
