For buyers

Find the one you actually want.

Find the right property. Make a move with confidence.

Let's find a property that fits your needs, your goals, and your budget. We'll look beyond the asking price to consider property taxes, insurance, and the estimated monthly cost of ownership before you make an offer. Because finding the right property isn't just about what you love, it's about what makes sense for you.

How buying works

From the first conversation to the keys.

  1. 01

Know the full cost before you make a move

Your monthly payment is more than just your mortgage. Property taxes, homeowners insurance, and, when applicable, flood insurance and other property-specific costs can make a significant difference in what you pay each month. I want you to understand the full financial picture before you make an offer, so you can make an informed decision with confidence and not face unexpected costs right before closing.

  2. 02

    Understanding Your VA Loan Benefits

If you're planning to use a VA loan, let's make sure you understand your benefits before you start shopping. I'll help you understand your Certificate of Eligibility (COE), available entitlement, the VA funding fee, and who may qualify for an exemption.

I work closely with your lender throughout the process to help ensure you get the answers you need. While your lender handles the loan qualification, financing details, and final loan terms, I bring the real estate knowledge to explain the process in a way that makes sense and help you understand how it affects your home purchase.

A VA loan may allow you to purchase a home with no down payment, depending on your eligibility and lender requirements. My goal is to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident before it's time to make an offer.

    Finding the Right Property

Finding the right property is about more than what looks good in pictures. It's knowing what to look for, recognizing potential red flags, and being honest about what I see. For VA buyers, I also help identify property conditions that could raise concerns during a VA appraisal, so we can address potential issues early rather than discover them after you've fallen in love with a home.

My job is to help you look beyond the surface, understand your options, and make a decision that works for you not just today, but in the long run.

In Tanesha's words

I left the United States Air Force and went looking for work that would mean as much as the service had. This is it. Most of the people I have helped buy a home were moving because somebody told them to — orders, a transfer, a posting that came through in March for a June start — and a move on somebody else's timetable is a different job from a move you chose. It needs an agent who knows what a Certificate of Eligibility is, who has read a VA appraisal before, and who is licensed in the state you are leaving as well as the one you are going to. That is the practice I built.

Built on Service. Defined by Results.
